Mountain Village Garden Apartments 1 bedroom suites are approximately 750 square feet in size. The layout of the suite will vary slightly depending on which floor the suite is on. Some suites have fireplaces. All 1 bedroom suites have 1 bathroom, and come with stove, fridge, dish washer, carpets and drapes. Rent includes heat, hot water and parking. Hydro and cable are paid for by the tenant.
