Mountain Village Garden Apartments have 2 basic layouts for our 3
bedroom apartments. The suites are approximately 1150 to 1250 square feet. The
layouts vary slightly depending on which floor the suite is on. Some suites
have fireplaces. All 3 bedroom suites have one and a half bathrooms, and come with stove,
fridge, dish washer, carpets and drapes. Rent includes heat, hot water and parking.
Hydro and cable are paid for by the tenant. Coin operated laundry
facilities are located in each building.
Mountain Village also offers 3 bedroom apartments with den. These suites are
approximately 1400 square feet.
There are a limited number of 4 bedroom apartments for rent at Mountain Village.
These suites are 1877 square feet.
